Nida founded Panchee Advisory in 2018. She has over 30 years of experience in Family Office, Private Equity and foundation matters, including all aspects of operations, due diligence, investor relations, marketing and management. In her current role, Nida oversees all client activities, including accounting, grant management, finance and operations.
Nida spent the initial decade of her career at Citicorp Venture Capital International (CVCI), a division of a US Multinational bank, where she focused on making investments in the Consumer Products, Telecommunications and Internet industries, primarily in Latin America. Subsequently, Nida spent ten years working for Zephyr Management, where she led the Marketing team’s efforts on all funds and, ultimately, served as a Member of the Operating Committee.
Nida received her MBA in Information Systems and International Finance at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

Louis has over 25 years of experience in Finance and Business Development, including over a decade consulting top Private Equity and Hedge Funds on matters related to M&A and special situation opportunities within the retail industry. Lou has also worked with numerous Family Offices and CFOs of mid to large-scale corporations on properly benchmarking the total costs of insourced operations versus external considerations. In his current role, Lou works with clients on implementing strategic operations and marketing initiatives, while also overseeing Panchee Advisory vertical growth initiatives.
Lou received his MBA from Columbia University and his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin.

Prior to joining Panchee Advisory in 2023, Sandra served as Vice President and Systems Analyst at Lazard Asset Management providing strategic oversight and management of the Sales & Marketing ecosystem. In her current role, Sandra specializes in executing IT and Marketing projects on behalf of family offices and funds.
At Lazard, Sandra oversaw the development and implementation of lifecycle processes and workflows, including developing IT roadmaps, sprint planning, documenting specifications, and user acceptance testing. She also supported portfolio management teams as a content specialist for RFPs and was directly responsible for content origination and driving process improvements.
Prior to Lazard, Sandra was a Client Relations Analyst at Zephyr Management, an Emerging Markets asset management firm, developing and managing all communications for eight regional private equity funds.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Marketing Communications from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

Prior to joining Panchee Advisory, Anabel served as an auditor for nearly seven years at Deloitte, primarily on matters related to financial services companies. At Panchee Advisory, Anabel is responsible for overseeing the accounting and bookkeeping for our clients, including funds, UHNW families and private foundations. In addition, she supports our clients with cash flow analyses, forecasts and budget preparations. She has been an active Certified Public Accountant since 2017 and is also a Certified Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
Anabel obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of the District of Columbia and her MBA from DeVry University.
Julie has more than 20 years of marketing experience, specializing in the financial marketplace. She has strong competency for translating complex business concepts into simplified design and persuasive communications, while preserving a consistent message, design and brand.
Prior to joining Panchee Advisory in 2020, Julie was a Vice President of Marketing at Neuberger Berman, where she worked for over a decade. At Julie Panchee Advisory, Julie focuses on designing client marketing collateral, including website development and content management. Julie has more than 20 years of marketing experience, specializing in the financial marketplace. She has strong competency for translating complex business concepts into simplified design and persuasive communications, while preserving consistency of firm messaging and branding.
At Neuberger Berman, Julie managed presentation branding across all global business lines, including the template design and messaging reflected in over 18,000 pages of content for hundreds of presentations. Julie worked directly with Executive Office on custom materials, as well as Portfolio Managers across all investment styles. Prior to this, Julie was a Marketing Manager at Union Bancaire Privée Asset Management LLC, a Fund of Hedge Funds. At UBPAM, she developed all firm and fund marketing materials. She also designed and implemented the corporate brand identity and developed standardized templates. Previously, Julie was a Multimedia Specialist at Credit Suisse, where she managed the production, concept to completion, of multimedia speaker presentations for global managing director conferences, quarterly earnings meetings and special divisional/industry conferences. In this role, she worked directly with the Executive Office and heads of each business area. Julie began her marketing career developing advertising sales presentations at TV Guide.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Prior to joining Panchee Advisory in 2021, Janet served as Vice President at Zephyr Management, L.P. for over 13 years, where she developed policies and implemented benefits across six global offices and several U.S. state satellite offices, maintaining compliance with local labor laws.as Vice President. At Panchee Advisory, Janet supports family office clients with all matters related to Human Resources, including talent screening & retention, insurance and vendor sourcing. She also oversees a team tasked with promptly executing the bespoke requests of our HNW clients.
Immediately prior to joining Panchee Advisory, Janet served as Head of Human Resources and Office Services at International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over four years, where her responsibilities including overseeing the growth of the HR department, as well as driving efficiency enhancements through process improvements. Prior to joining The International Council of Shopping Centers, Janet served as Vice President at MKP Capital Management, LLC with a focus on recruitment and talent management.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University. In addition, she holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations.

Prior to joining Panchee Advisory in 2020, Annette served as a Principal Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline for nearly a decade, leading multidisciplinary drug development programs. At Panchee Advisory, Annette works closely with our private fund clients supporting operations and investor relations.
Prior to GlaxoSmithKline, Annette was a postdoctoral researcher at Cambridge University in the UK, where she investigated the effect of test drug compounds on brain cell communication. She successfully conducted research projects applying statistical data analysis and modelling techniques resulting in more than 20 peer reviewed research papers. She is skilled in a variety of programming languages and data analysis and visualization methods including statistical, machine learning, and neural network analysis.
Annette holds a PhD from Tübingen University, Germany.

Prior to joining Panchee Advisory in 2022, Alison served as a Publicity Manager for over seven years at Random House, coordinating logistics for strategic campaigns for bestselling authors, celebrities and chefs. At Panchee Advisory, Alison works directly with our Foundation Trustees to coordinate all aspects of grant operations, including application reviews, grantee due diligence, grant approvals, funds disbursement and Trustee meetings.

Tracee has over two decades of experience providing support to C-Suite Executives within the finance, law, non-profit and food and beverage industries including Goldman Sachs and ASME. At Panchee Advisory, Tracee supports our family office clients with the timely execution of concierge and administrative tasks.
